Great staff always there to assist in my dogs healthPosted on Allison Garbe2025-08-25Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I take my dog to this vet and I received excellent service the previous visits. However, my last visit to just get his vaccines ended up costing me double what I was expecting. I felt like the vet was trying to upsell me with EVERYTHING even when I had already expressed my budget concerns. She wouldn’t tell me the price on things and it got really frustrating. She was trying to sell me a new vaccine that isn’t even common in Calgary and kept pushing. I suggest asking about people’s lifestyles first and if the client has already expresses concerns about budget - be mindful of that and explain the costs.
